Delivery Timelines
We operate on a quick-commerce model. Once your order is placed, it is instantly routed to the nearest available store. Our standard delivery time is 20 to 30 minutes for all locations. We do not have city-specific constraints—if the app shows we serve your area, you get it in minutes!
Shipping Charges
Our delivery fees are calculated purely based on the distance between the store and your delivery address.
- Base Delivery Charge (up to 1 km)₹21
- Additional Distance Charge₹5 per km

Important Notes
- Delivery times may slightly vary during extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, waterlogging) or peak traffic hours to ensure rider safety.
- We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid via UPI, Wallet, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking.
- Once an order is placed and the rider is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.
