We deliver fast, and we process returns fast. If something isn't right with your order, here's how our 12-hour quick-commerce return process works.

12-Hour Return Window

As a quick-commerce platform delivering essentials in minutes, we have a strict return window. Returns must be requested within 12 hours of delivery. After 12 hours, we cannot accept return requests for groceries, fresh produce, or general items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

Eligible for Return

  • Products received in damaged, defective, or spoiled condition (including groceries)
  • Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Missing items from your order
  • Product significantly different from the listing description
  • Expired items delivered by mistake

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items reported after the strict 12-hour return window has expired
  • Items that have been partially consumed, cooked, or used
  • Personal care & hygiene products once opened
  • Products with broken seals or missing tags (if not due to our error)
  • Gift cards and downloadable products
