We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our return and refund process works.
Return Window
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For electronics and appliances, the return window is 10 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
Eligible for Return
- Products received in damaged or defective condition
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Missing items from your order
- Product significantly different from the listing description
- Electronic items with manufacturing defects (within warranty)
Not Eligible for Return
- Perishable goods (grocery, food items, fresh produce)
- Personal care & hygiene products once opened
- Customized or personalized products
- Products with broken seals or missing tags (if not due to our error)
- Gift cards and downloadable products
- Items returned after the return window has expired
How Returns Work
Initiate Return
Log in to your account, go to your order history, and select the item you wish to return. Fill in the reason for return.
Pack & Ship
Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging. Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup at your doorstep.
Quality Check
After receiving the returned item, our team verifies the condition and the reason for return within 2–3 business days.
Refund Processed
Once approved, the refund is initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
